Class Policies
NON- REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY
All class sales are final and non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that you cannot attend a class that you are registered for see below:

We require at least 5 full calendar days' prior notice for all cancellation requests; 5 days does not include the date of the event. This policy is firm. Advanced notice is required to provide us the opportunity to fill your seat before class. We will create a class credit for you to use in the future. If you need to cancel, please email info@preservedgoods.com

If you cancel fewer than 5 calendar days before your event, we cannot offer you class credit. However, tickets are transferable and we encourage you to send someone else in your place.
Please understand that buying a workshop ticket is like purchasing a concert ticket, and similarly, we are not able to offer refunds. A lot of effort goes into each workshop (by us + the instructor), and we both purchase supplies and prepare for the number of tickets sold. Because of this, we cannot offer credits or transfers to a future class with less than 5 full calendar days' notice.
