MinusMilk™ Cultures are used for making Plant and Nut Based Non-Dairy Cheeses at home. Great for fermenting a wide variety of fresh plant-based cheese and butter recipes. Easy to use, only 1/16 tsp - 1/8 tsp per batch; 16-24 batches per packet. Store in freezer and keep dry. These products are produced as a non-dairy/ lactose and milk free culture.
