Using specific tools and a precise technique, you will gain confidence in the fundamentals of making jam that captures peak season fruit at its best. As part of this hands-on workshop, each student will receive 3 jars of different flavors of seasonal jams made together in class.

This workshop is taught by Rachel Saunders, author of the the groundbreaking books Blue Chair Jam Cookbook and I Love Jam.
