06/05/26 - Community Demo: Garlicky Fermented Peas
Join fermentation educator and clinical herbalist Helena del Pesco for a demonstration on how to use lacto-fermentation to preserve the season's shelling peas. Fermented peas make an excellent addition to potato salad, chicken soup or a frittata. This versitile technique can also be used to ferment other abundant summer produce.
