Carre is an artisan woodworking company with roots in Provence, France, that specializes exclusively in fine olive wood products. Olive is a prized wood for to its durability and beauty. Since the olive fruit is so valuable, the tree is rarely harvested for its wood. Carre sources it's wood from centenary olive trees that are no longer used in production.
