Learn the art of making your own vibrant, spicy, probiotic hot sauce! This class covers fermentation basics as well as blending and customizing your sauces to get the perfect texture and flavor.

About the Event
As part of the workshop, each student will take away a custom blend of peppers and brine, along with a fermentation starter kit, to continue fermenting at home. Make your blend as mild or as spicy as you like!
This workshop is taught by Elizabeth Vecchiarelli, owner and founder of Preserved. She brings over 15 years of experience with local, sustainable, fermented and handmade food to her teaching.
All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
