Join Elizabeth Vecchiarelli, owner and founder of Preserved, for a demonstration of the basics of preserving with vinegar. Learn how to create delicious pickles from seasonal farmers market produce that can be ready to eat in a matter of hours or days! This demo will include a pickle tasting, lecture and open Q&A.
