Saba Jam is a small-batch and handmade jam company founded by Iranian-American immigrant Saba Parsa. These jams are handmade in small batches (10-20 jars in heirloom copper pots) using only seasonal, almost always local, and organic fruits; the low sugar content and short cooking time make for a luscious fruit preserve that you taste the fruits first at the peak of their flavor. We offer a rotating, seasonal selection.
