Orange-Fennel Bitters

INGREDIENTS 10 grams dried orange peel 10 grams dried fennel seeds 5 grams dried artichoke leaf 125 mL of vodka

Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar. Seal jar and place in a cool dark place for 4 weeks. Gently shake your mason jar once a day, if possible. After 4 weeks of maceration, strain your tincture using a muslin cloth and strainer. Use your hands to bundle the cloth and squeeze out every last drop! Store your tincture in a glass dropper bottle or bitters bottle at room temperature for 1-2 years.

Use your new bitters tincture in small dashes (10-30 drops) to enhance the flavors of your favorite cocktail. Or add it to soda water and drink before meals to support healthy digestion.
