INGREDIENTS

Coconut oil

8 tbsp Great Lakes gelatin

2 cups kombucha

1-2 cups of soft fruits like berries (optional but recommended)

2 tbsp honey (optional)

Grease a large baking sheet with coconut oil, or use a few silicone candy molds. Purée the berries. Gently heat kombucha to between 90-100 degrees, then remove from heat and quickly whisk in gelatin 1 tbsp at a time. Then whisk in puréed fruit and honey (if using). Do this all rather quickly to integrate while it's still warm.

Quickly pour into a baking dish or silicone molds. Refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours. If using a baking dish, cut into squares or other fun shapes. Store in a sealed container in the fridge and enjoy within 7-10 days.
