Then we'll get hands-on making a loaf of gluten-free sourdough for everyone to take and bake at home. Our recipe focuses on whole grains\/pseudo grains such as rice, buckwheat, millet, quinoa and sorghum, with psyllium husk as the \"goo\" factor.
