Vinegar Mother Culture

Make your own homemade vinegar or fruit scrap vinegar. Culture includes vinegar SCOBY (symbiotic community of bacteria and yeast) as well as about 2 cups of raw (unpastuerized) vinegar as a starter.

 

Pair with a Gallon Glass Jar and Muslin Cloth for the perfect starter kit or upgrade to an Oak Vinegar Barrel for some extremely tasty homemade vinegar!
