Upright Oak Barrel

Barrels made from American White Oak, charred on the inside for maximum flavor. Use for aging spirits, cocktails, brewing vinegar and kombucha! Designed to sit upright with a custom made cork lid and wooden spigot. Galvanized steel hoops which are rust resistant. 

 

Make it a kit by choosing one of our vinegar mothers: red wine, white wine, rice wine,  or malt vinegar mother and a copy of Homebrewed Vinegar.
