- Square: Square form, slotted with bottom for Italian-style fresh cheeses, fresh unpressed cheeses -- especially feta (4.25" x 3.75" x 3.5")
- Small (3 7/8 " W x 4" H) & Large (4 1/2" W x 3" H) Basket Versatile forms for draining soft cheese or lightly pressing semi-firm cheese.
- Round Cheese Follower (separating disc) can be set into the Large (4 1/2" W x 3" H) Basket Cheese Form, on top of the curds, to give a smooth, flat surface for the follower and weights to rest upon when pressing cheese.
- The Hard Cheese Mold comes complete with a follower for even pressing. It is a Tomme-style mold for firm, aged cheeses. (5 1/4" W x 2 1/2" H).
