Hot Mama Smoky Coffee Chili Oil

Hot Mama Salsa's smoky coffee oil is made up of a blend of 4 Mexican dried chilies. It is toasted in peanut oil with black garlic, ground coffee, and sesame seeds. The flavor calls upon the nuances of mole and brings a rich, earthy, smoky deliciousness to anything you add it to. It is heaven on a grilled steak, noodles, pizza, tacos, eggs, beans and rice, and in chowders. This chili oil is medium spicy.
