Queens is a modern Korean Superette based in San Francisco. Their jujube infused fermented red chili paste (Gochujang) is a super delicious take on this Korean staple. Hand harvested and fermented in Apple Valley, California. Use in glazes and marinades, stews, as a hot sauce, or as a short-cut kimchi paste in homemade Kimchi.
