Meredith Dairy Sheep & Goat Feta

Meredith Dairy is located in Meredith, Victoria, Australia and they produce their award winning cheeses right on their farmstead. This marinated feta is made from goat and sheep's milk and the soft textured cubes of cheese are drenched in garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil, with spices, and fresh herbs. Serve with roasted vegetables, salads, on crusty bread, or with antipasto accompanied with a crisp white wine.
