Chikka Chikka Digestives 3-pack

 This wonderful mix of fennel seeds and other plant-based ingredients is known in South Asia as Saunf or Mukhwas. Unlike other fennel seed mixes, Chikka Chikka does not use any refined sugar or artificial colors. Each tin includes maple syrup-roasted spices in different combinations: Cardamom + Fennel; Mint + Fennel and Cinnamon + Fennel. Fennel seeds have been traditionally used to freshen breath, support digestion, reduce inflammation, and provide a natural boost of fiber and minerals.
