Fermentation Lid for Gallon Jar

Custom drilled plastic lid designed to pair with gallon- size jars.

 

Gallon Jar and airlock are not included. Please purchase separately.

 

Airlock lids create a one-way valve, allowing CO2 (naturally created from fermentation) to escape while inhibiting oxygen from entering your jar. This creates an ideal environment for fermentation and decreases the occurance of surface mold.

 

For veggie fermentation, pair with our large ceramic pickle weights.
